Arrival in Kuala Lumpur |
|
Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) is about 60 Km from the hotel. The prepaid limousine (taxi) counter is located in the arrival hall of the KLIA, just outside when you pass customs. A return-fare budget limo ticket to the Hotel Istana, Kuala Lumpur will be about RM 130/-, please buy the ticket and proceed directly to the hotel. We also advise you to use only the authorised limo service. |

Visa |
|
A visa is generally required for entry into Malaysia but this need to be checked with the Malaysian Embassy in your country. Please make all preparations for your travel. Should you require a visa prior to your arrival in Kuala Lumpur, please let us know so that we can provide you with necessary support documents. |

Conference Registration |
|
The registration for the conference will be open from 1700 hrs - 2000 hrs onwards on Sunday, 31st January 2010 and from 0800 hrs on Monday, 1st February 2010, at the Registration Desk located at the conference premises. We suggest that you register at the earliest opportunity. |

The conference starts at 0930 hrs on 1st February 2010 with the opening session followed by other Sessions. You will also be provided with all relevant documentation. |

[29-Jan-2010]: A new LANGUAGE.TXT reference table based on ISO 639-3 has been available. You are invited to update your requirement files in keeping with this table. Don't worry - the updated requirements will not be re-numbered upon upload and will not show any changes in collisions as Language does not influence the technical specification of the transmission.
